31/10/2011 - Halloween
The first photo was at Hughenden Manor's halloween weekend with Emma Dawson. It's the second year we've been and it's been a great day out both times.

29/10/2011 - Fireworks, part 1
As usual we went to the firework display in Twyford that is always on the weekend the clocks change. It did the job of keeping Elizabeth up a bit later, but Jonathan didn't last. At least he didn't cry!

23/10/2011 - Rhys and Alfie's party
We spent the weekend in Wales and went to Rhys and Alfie's combined party at a really good play barn place in Barry. Unfortunately didn't get very good pictures!
15/10/2011 - 1940s weekend
Back to Hughenden manor again, this time for their 1940s weekend with Jon and Amy, and the Dawson family. It was a beautiful day, and the entertainment and activities were great. We especially enjoyed Punch and Judy vs Hitler.
08/10/2011 - Victorian day
Elizabeth's school had a victorian day, and we foolishly decided to sew an outfit (using our almost victorian sewing machine). Once it was finished we were glad we'd made one rather than buying a cheap outfit of the internet, but it took us quite a while! (with Anne Marie helping too)
02/10/2011 - The O2O 10k
The O2O 10k in Reading, the week after the gorilla run. I had a bit of pain in my thigh but finished in a time I was happy with. Elizabeth had great fun giving out medals at the end, and started a small army of child volunteers!
