As usual we took loads of things to do on the plane, and hardly used any of them. She did actually watch some Tv programmes this time though.
Elizabeth made a few friends on holiday, but Ruby was her best friend. They met at the disco, and then we realised they were in the room opposite us. Unfortunately they weren't on the same flight home, but Ruby came to say goodbye to Elizabeth before we got on the bus.
Elizabeth lasted really well most days, staying up late to go to the disco, but on the last day she just collapsed at dinner.
Clare and Anne Marie went parasailing on the last day.
We had to choose our meals in advance for the chinese a la carte, but there was nothing vegetarian. They said they would do a vegetarian plate, which turned out to be a pizza.
Clare did say it was a nice pizza.
This was the only night we didn't eat in the main restaurant. We went to the chinese a la carte.
The pool was rather cold, which as usual bothered us more than Elizabeth. This was her favourite game where one of us got stranded on the lilo and she swam out to rescue us.
We did a lot of lounging about!
Would you believe me if I said Elizabeth built it?
Dancing with Ruby at the mini disco.
This would have originally seated around 15000 or more people!
Have a read on Wikipedia if you want to know more about them...

We did leave the hotel once, to go to Side and see the ruins.
We chose our hotel well. It had an enormous pool, which depending who you listen to is the biggest in europe, or one of the biggest in the Mediterranean. (I think the latter is more likely).
On our third day Elizabeth heard some music and wanted to go and investigate. It was miniclub, which started every day with dancing. Elizabeth was hooked, and we went there every day from then on.
The beach was right next to the hotel, and was nice and sandy. Elizabeth wouldn't go near the sea though.
The food was OK most days, but the pancakes at breakfast every day were lovely.
Elizabeth loved the pncakes, but was a bit wary of the over friendly waiters!
A photo I am sure Elizabeth will love when she is older.
