Jonathans first proper bath. He quite liked it, better than when he was dunked in Elizabeths bath a few days ago anyway!
Elizabeth is being a great big sister. She wants to cuddle him all the time, especially when he is crying. He does seem to calm down when he is with her too. She hasnt woken up once from him crying in the night yet either which is good.
I really like Elizabeths own version of Twinkle twinkle here as well!
My favourite photo so far!
The outfit may be a little large. he weent out for his first walk today, to the park with Elizabeth. It was rather chilly though.
Clare was released just after lunch the next day. They waited till they had chucked me out at the end of visiting, and gave me just enough time to walk all the way in to the centre of Reading before telling her. The soft toy was a present from Elizabeth.
Grandma looked after Elizabeth during the day, and then bought her and Anne Marie in for visiting too. Grandad is in the US at the moment so wont meet his first grandson for a while yet!
Aunty Anne Marie has a cuddle while big sister looks on.
Clares parents made the trip from Wales to arrive just after visiting started at 3pm.
Clare had to stay in overnight this time, on a very very warm ward. Heating blasting out, and windows open.
Jonathan was born in that pool you can see in the background at 10:24 on Friday 5th November, weighing 7lb 14oz.
